I feel like i'm not using my laptop's fullest potential. Does anyone have any idea to increase TDP without installing programs? I'm running windows 10, and I have a Lenovo ideapad L340 15api 81LW. Thanks in advance

Do you understand what TDP is?

That is effectiveness of your cooling system to dissipate heat generated.
You want to minimize heat generated and effectively dissipate it, so your hardware doesn't overheat.
To increase heat dissipation, you run fans at max speed and get a laptop cooling pad.

I assume you refer to Thermal Design Power.

Correct or not?

Thermal Design Power is a hardware specification. If you insist, you could change it by changing hardware.
