Hi everyone, I bought a headset (Razer Kraken) and I am having some issues with both audio and mic. They are minor issues but it's still annoying because my 30$ headset that I had before didn't have them:
- I hear a constant low buzz in the headset instead of silence. I tried to unplug cables and plug on different entries but the low buzz it's exactly the same. (Update: I tried to unistall the Realtek Audio driver and rebooted, i don't know why but after reboot I saw again Realtek Audio driver there but the buzz in output is gone. The mic still have issues)
- I have a static sound in the background when I am talking, really annoying while I am in work calls.
I played a bit with the properties of the sound and mic and it got a little bit better adjusting some things compared to the beginning but still I have them.
So after noticing this things I realized that maybe something is wrong with my Realtek drivers, I read that I should have the High Definition ones but apparently I have only the normal ones. I am totally noob, I don't have any idea how to install drivers without breaking some stuff so I am a bit scared. I tried to search for updates with the tool but it says they are up to date.
My motherboard is: Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X
