Question How do I know if my graphics card is working correctly or if my ram sticks are?

Recently my gaming pc made a lot of noise everytime I used it and I don't know why, but it did it for about a week and after it stopped making the noise my pc started lagging really badly. It normally runs games on high graphics at good fps rates but not anymore, and it even logs using just google or youtube. Everytime I turn it on tho it runs normal for a few minutes before it starts lagging really bad. This is kind of random so i'm not sure what it is. My friend believes it might be a problem with my graphics card but we're not sure.

Probably not graphics card related, if you have an CPU with integrated graphics you can try using that and see if it lags while doing simple tasks.

Have you taked a look at your temperatures?
What are your specs?

Try running UserBenchmark, it can help you figure out if a certain part is underperforming or not.

My temperatures are
CPU Fan1 Level 1 - 40
CPU Fan1 Level 2 - 55
CPU Fan1 Level 3 - 70
CPU Fan1 level 4 - 85

Are you sure that isn't your fan curve settings for the CPU cooler?
