[SOLVED] How do I mount and read usb with CCTV footage?

My supervisor provided me with a thumbdrive with camera footage from our security system. The purpose is for me to familiarize myself with the face of certain people who are not allowed in our store; however, my computer (Windows 10) DVDFab Virtual Drive is mounting it and it appears empty. My supervisor has loaded the usb with the footage twice and insists the usb is not empty. What do I do to read this usb?

Just open File Explorer and see what file format the video is in. Then find a video player that will play that file format. DVDFab Virtual Drive is a virtual DVD drive, not a video player.
