How do I put a Windows 7 ISO on a flash drive?

I've asked this on other websites and all the comments involve me trying to pirate it. I am not trying to pirate windows, this is a legitimate ISO of Windows 7 and I just want to know how to put it on a flash drive.

That is the proper place. I suggest downloading it again. The file you have may be corrupted or incomplete.

this is a problem that can happen sometimes. I've run into it with perfectly good ISO files. it's a quirk in the windows usb tool.

Ok, I downloaded it again but it still says it's not a valid ISO file.

use rufus..it won't complain about it being valid or not. only on install would it complain if it's valid or not
