For access/control using XP Pro Remote Desktop look at this page...The Remote Desktop host *MUST* be
an XP Pro box...

For access/control using Remote Assistance look at this page...Note that *BOTH* PCs must be running
XP Pro or XP Home. The Novice must give the Expert permission to both view and control the Novice
desktop.
