How do i revert from a windows 10 to win 7 without Disc drive or restoring last win

I got a Pc that had to be fixed twice and now the storage is overflowing with system storage. I was told I could use a USB (115GB) to move them but, was not informed on how to.

If you're planning on backing up your files into an external drive you can use a third party backup software to save all your files.

Here's a free software which can help you backup your files.

Once you've backed up all you files you can do a clean install of Windows 7 and once done you can proceed on recovering your files using the same software.
