I am planning to do an RGB buid.
I will use deepcool led strips.
Logitech rgb mouse.
Logitech rgb keyboard.

Is it possible via software to syncronize those 3 things?
The strip says it's aura compatible.
Do I really need an aura mobo to sync my components? Or is it posdibe with a common msi motherboard?

Aura compatible RGB components require an Aura motherboard and software to sync it all together. While some parts can work with different motherboards that use a different system (i.e. MSI Mystic) it's never a guarantee. What you can do is try to sync the lights together using different programs in tandem.

I want to build my gf a pc as a gift. I work and stuy but can save little money. I am planning to give her a complete setup as a gift for christmas... in 2018. Since building a nice looking build will cost me a lot.
It will be a low-gaming pc, since she only plays l4d2, gta san andreas online, and will use it as an htpc for sure.
I will do a g4560 + rx 460 white build in the nzxt manta white. I want it to have rgb lights so she will can make it whatever colour she wants.
I wish she could change mouse + keyboard + led strip colour with a simple tweak in her desktop.

In order to do so I must buy an aura motherboard and rog mouse and keyboard?

Yeah but I want to keep it simple for her withot having to open a bunch of programs.
I live in a country where prices sometimes differ so much from america. It is a low budget pc but with the objective of awesome looks. And of course, very durable components, I want this pc to last her as long as possible (going for a seasonic psu, hitachi/toshiba hdd, ssd, filtered case,etc..).
