Question how do i turn on my GPU for world of warcraft?

Please delete if not allowed. I bought a prebuilt gaming pc earlier this month for wow light gaming. specs: intel i5-6500. gpu: amd radeon rx 6400 4 gb vram. Ram: 16gb.
So my problem is it played wow nice and it looked good. so fast forward this past week. wow says graphics card drivers is out of date. so i tried everything to make it work. which would including of uninstalling and reinstalling everything to no avail. i ran intel driver & support assitant. it says gpu availability is offline but its working properly. but when i use my amd adreline edition its using it obviously. my integrated graphics is bsing used and i did high performance mode for advanced graphics settings. so what am i doing wrong? what did i do my system?

Is your HDMI cable plugged into the GPU or the mainboard? The only way it's using the iGPU on a desktop is if the cable is plugged into the mainboard NOT the discrete GPU.

Is your display connected to one of the Radeon RX 6400 ports or directly to the motherboard ports?

Then power your system down and move it. We can go from there to get your drivers updated. What version of Windows are you using?

If so, that should have its own DisplayPort port. That is why we asked to see a picture of the back of your system.

The issue is you said there was only one DisplayPort on the back of your system. Something doesn't jive here so we are trying to figure out what you have to work with.
