How do i uninstall windows 7?!

My Windows 7 got a bug, and want to uninstall and then install it again, but i cant uninstall windows 7?!

Just reinstall. At the beginning of the install process, you'll have the option of blowing away all existing partitions.
Assuming there is no data on there you wish to keep.

What 'bug' is it and why can't you remove it or repair?

In your case - you don't un-install it, you re-install it over. Make a backup of your data, boot from installation DVD, and choose to format the drive during re-installation.

when i shut down my pc, its just freezing i have tried to wait nearly a day, but it still dont work i would like just to repeair it..
