How do u disable cpu idling in win2k?

I know Win2k uses cpu idling by default, but how do u disable it? I need to know this for troubleshooting purposes, please please help. Thanx.

Boy. I don't know about that one. It uses an HLT command, but I think it's written into the kernal.
