How do we delete our sharing net work ?

Hi Am using Windows 7, And its been shared , how do i delate ? Coz Some one is tracking my visited pages. Help me

Start --->Run-->"compmgmt.msc"

Select Shared Folders ---> Shares.. Right click share and stop it..Also if you go to sessions you can see who is log in..If its a work system then most likely your boss or IT department will be monitoring the websites you visit.
