I have just bought a prebuilt pc but don't know if the manufacturer has installed the drivers as I am new to the pc gaming community can someone help me?
The drivers will be current as of the time they were loaded. Drivers get updated all of the time. Many OEM systems include applications to update their drivers. I wouldn't worry too much about this.
If you bought an off-the-shelf system from a branded manufacturer such as HP,Dell, lenovo etc... and it comes with Windows installed then it will have all required drivers installed.

your post doesn't make much sense the only way to know for sure is to turn it on and see if everything works

Your new system will come with drivers already installed. Whether they need updated or not will depend on what drivers were originally loaded and what drivers may be available. This updating process is largely automatic as a function of Windows Update and many OEM update applications.
Just wait to see what you have in place with your new system.
