Solution
Then stick with your current setup, just get an XFX Core 850W,it's a bit cheaper than the HX850.
Also take a look at the EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0,it's like $35 cheaper than the Gigabyte 970. :)
Looks nice,I'd switch to an XFX Core 850W,cheaper PSU,but same quality as the Corsair HX850.
If you're not gonna overclock your CPU/GPU/RAM very high,I wouldn't go with the Maximus.Yea,it's a great board, but really a waste of money if you're not gonna do that. The ASUS Z97-A offers almost the same features at a lower price point.
Also,go with a Crucial MX100 256GB,it's cheaper than the 840 EVO and you get 6 more GB of space xD
Everything else looks good.

Everything looks awesome... I'm EXTREMELY jealous. One thing though, are you sure you want windows 8.1? Many people would agree that 8 and 8.1 are crap. I'd go with windows 7 and upgrade to windows 10 (not 9, weird right?) if it's good. Otherwise, AMAZING!
