Hello, im building a high-end gaming pc and ive been researching a bit
this is what i came up with:

GPU: RTX 2070 Super
CPU: Core i7 9700K
MBO: Gigabyte z390 auros Ultra
RAM: Corsair 16gb RGB PRO 3200mhz
SSD: 970 evo plus 1tb
PSU: Corsair rm850x

CPU COOLER: corsair h100i pro
CASE: fractal design meshify C

should i get some ekstra fans?

Is there anything you would change?
All options are open, keep price in mind please

and how about airflow?
how many input to output fans would be good?

Not bad, but the price/performance of some items isn't there. For example the 2070 Super costs 25% more than the 5700XT, but is only 5% faster on average. https://www.anandtech.com/show/14618/the-amd-radeon-rx-5700-xt-rx-5700-review/16 What is your budget?

I would do something along these lines.
The GPU is currently a price place holder until units with 3rd party coolers are in stock again.
The dual SSDs are for separating your OS/Application drive from games. In this case the 512 GB drive is for the OS and applications the the 2TB drive is for games.
While the Ryzen 3700X doesn't need a cooler as one is included, the Noctua cooler will keep it cooler and quieter.
Ryzen loves faster RAM and should use at least DDR4-3200, but for a little extra money you can get DDR4-3600.
