How does this deal look?

I've been looking around and found this deal on Newegg for a Lenovo with Intel Core i5 3210M(2.50GHz) 15.6" 6GB Memory DDR3 1600 500GB HDD 5400rpm DVD±R/RW NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M . Anybody have any better recommendations for ~$500.

It's good for CPU performance, memory capacity, and memory performance (not of great important for most people), but the hard drive isn't spectacular (I'd prefer a 7.2K RPM or a hybrid drive, but this is more of a personal choice suggestion than it is a recommendation) and the graphics leaves a lot to be desired if you're a gamer. If you're not a gamer, then don't worry about the graphics. It's a pretty good deal if you're not a gamer.
