should be just fine 1080p ultra setting @ ±60FPS, it depends on the demand of the scene.

it will perform great. try to find the g skill sniper ram instead the one you have in your list. the rest seems good but i would also buy a better mobo (asus are best) and drop the corsair fans. the noctua are much better in the same price.
