How does this system look?

I am planning on buying a new system in 4-6 weeks. I will use an Antec 1200, optical drive, and GTX670 (to SLI with this one) from my old desktop.

The Samsung 830 SSD is currently out of stock but has great reviews for reliability and is still fast. I swear almost every other drive I research has several DOA reports. I was going to spring for a GTX690, but I am hearing rumors of the 7xx series coming out sooner than later so I opted for getting a second 670. The machine will be mostly used for 2560x1440 gaming, but I do some photo & video editing.

Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case $129.99
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 Motherboard $153.99
Intel Core i7-3770K $329.99
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler $34.99
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 $89.99
EVGA 02G-P4-2676-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW $369.99
SAMSUNG 830 Series 256GB SATA III (SSD) $199.99
Seagate Barracuda 3TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s HDD $159.99
ASUS PB Series PB278Q 27" WQHD Monitor $699.99
Subtotal: $2,168.91

Does anyone have any thoughts or something I have overlooked? My budget could go up to 3K, but I would have to justify it to myself.

Thanks!

That looks pretty decent. I'm not the biggest fan of the Thor though - there's far better cases in that price range you could go with like the Antec P280, the Cooler Master HAF XM, or the Corsair 500R.

Don't rely on stores for product reviews though - the Samsung 830 is good but this would be better and it's based on a new controller: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227915

In tests it actually beats the Samsung 840: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/vector-ssd-review,3358.html

Thanks for the suggestions. I will probably go with the HAF XM case now.

I am still up in the air on the SSD though. I am reading the price for bleeding edge SSD performance may not be easily distinguished. Maybe I will opt for the non-pro Samsung 840. I definitely want a 240-256GB capacity. Life-span and reliability are more important to me.

Edit: Also I have heard some horror stories of some SSDs requiring a firmware update before they worked. That would be horrible to not be able to use your SSD out of the box (at least initially, then update).
