this cpu/motherboard will perform nearly the same (may be 3 fps more or less than 860k depeding on the game) but will allow upgrades to the best amd cpus in the future.
Also added a 500W power supply of better quality (about the same quality as the antec Eliasand recommended but has 50 more watts for the same price

Also the case you want only comes with 1 fan, so you should buy another 120 mm case fan ($5)
or look into another case that has 2 fans, and is already $30
