PAL DV uses a version of 4:2:0- the Cr and Cb samples are offset from the root chroma sample.

Many professional camera use 4:2:2, only the high end ones use 4:2:0. A lot of news footage is shot at 4:2:0 (unless its SD, in which case a lot of it is 4:1:1)
