Question How high should my front intake fans be?

To be more specific, right now I currently have 3 - 120 mm front intake fans but I don't know how high or how low each fan should be in order to target the cpu or gpu.

(ALSO - I will be adding two more 120mm fans underneath the GPU )

I think that I know that the top front fan intake should be on level with the cpu air cooler, is that correct? ( i will be replacing the stock for a cooler master hyper air cooler of some sort with 4 copper heat pipes or something)

So that gives me about 3cm of room for me to adjust my bottom 2 front intake fans, so should my middle front intake fan be on level with the GPU or in the middle? Or what is the ideal then?

Note: I will also be replacing all these preinstalled fans for some arctics 120mm, so the configuration would be :

3 front fan intakes
2 top fan exhaust
1 rear exhaust
2 exhaust going up into the gpu

Case is montech air 100 lite (Don't have decent 8 pin connectors, apologize for the ugly wiring and the ugly photoshop diagram not sure if it helps or it is even more confusing)

The fan near the GPU should provide cool air to the intakes. That might mean below the card if it has typical fans that get input from the front side of the GPU. Much of the heat is exhausted to the case rather than out the back of the card. Some goes out the back but a lot goes into the case. So you need exhaust fans to pull that air out.
