How Hot Can a Duron Run?

I have a Duron 650@800 with an Asus A7V. I have the VCORE set at 1.70v, and my bios hardware monitor says that the Duron is running at about 55 degrees celcius after running 3D games for about an hour. Is this a dangerous temp. or am I o.k.? How hot should a Duron be run?

I have a Duron 600@850 and V1.85.
I run at 46C idle and up to 55C after a lot of games.
No big deal.
