how i can find my own threads

i looking for my own threads and its not easy task.what i found :my old tracked treads posted by others and its not separation from my own threads.is there any way i can see only my own threads.thanks.

Click your name>tracked threads>

You will see Content Status: Tracked threads [x]...click the [x] button

Then you will see a bar that starts with refine by:

Click more> search by author: " insert your username here"> apply

You should now see all your threads.

Did you follow the instructions correctly?

The key part is removing tracked threads in the search option and then searching by author using your own name.
