How is my overclock?

Look at how my C2D E6400 is running and tell me if it´s running nice, hot, cold, whatever =p

400 X 8 = 3200GHz
Vcore = 1.30
My Samsung Value 667DDR2 is running at 800 - 5-5-5-15 at 2.15V, I haven´t yet tried to lower those timmings, first I´m taking care of the CPU, what do you suggest me to do? Lower the Timmings? Lower the voltage?

TAT gives me around 68°C Core 0 and 1, ORTHOS is more like 62°.

Now I´m running ORTHOS, checking stability, 1 hour no error yet. Let´s see.

I´ve tried dropping the voltage vMCH from 1.55 to 1.25 and it didn´t seem to make any difference, is it normal?

Now I´m tring to drop the vFSB and vICH, while mantaining stableness

ur running in the 60's i guess with a full load, does seem to be a bit warm, what do you use for cooling?

Tt Big Typhoon, the ambient temp around here is like 28°C, and the case is a Chieftec CX with a 120mm on the back removing the air
