How is the power supplier- EZcool atx-400 jsp

Hello,
Can't find in google any info on that power supplier, I'm planning an upgrade for the computer and need to know whether this power supplier can really give me 400 Watt as written?

I doubt it - if you can't find anything on the manufacturer, it's a fake.

That would make me even more suspicious. If it needs to say its real its probably not. Also ezcool isnt exactly a reputable brand; i doubt it will give 400w

I think it was Antec that branded some of their PSUs using 'Real' - I think it was in reference to continuous vs peak. They're definitely reputable.

However, EZ-Cool isn't reputable.

Core 2 Duo e7500
Graphic card+memory
that will run GTA IV on high graphic at very high resulotion?
will my power supplier do it?

I have same psu running amd fx 4300 and hd 7850 fine. This is not safe, but it works. It can handle atleast 350w load. It gets pretty hot when gaming. Still, i am going to buy new psu soon.
