How is this budget build?

So I am working on a budget build for a friend.
The goal price is $400.
This is the build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/R7n7D3

My questions are:

Will the tower fit every thing, I have never used a micro atx tower before.
Is the motherboard of a high enough quality or should I try to spend a little more on it?
Would the i3 need a after market cooler or should the stock be enough?

Solution
Thank you every one for the input! The case is non negotiable, it was specifically asked for. Would the power supply I chose be enough for a gtx 950,
because although not modular it is semi modular, which I am fine with. Also how are those hybrid drives instead of a ssd are those worth the price?

That's actually a very good build for a good price. If you want to save money you could go with 450w power supplies as the 750ti takes only one 6 pin connector so most 80+ supplies will be happy to oblige.

> Motherboard is high enough quality, but a more expensive one will get you better features. Look at higher-end ones and consider if you think those additions are meaningful to you. Most people seem to fine with lower end boards. Your GPU for example won't be held back in performance by it.
> Don't need an aftermarket CPU Cooler for the i3-6100
> mATX will fit every component, but take a look at the CoolerMaster N200
> Power supply can be improved, Seasonic is your better choice here.

I'd make the following changes to squeeze out more performance. The GTX 950 in this case is way better.

It's a better power supply, but the S12ii 430B will handle even a GTX 970 with no problems. Sometimes I think we overrate the wattage we need for a GPU, with future-proofing in mind. Modularity is ofcourse a nice addition, but I thought this PSU was a good option since it matches the budget he's had in his own list. Same price, better performance, power supply will easily handle a GTX 950.

I am kinda confused by the target of 400 dollars though, when OP's build is 485 dollars.

the corsair cx series isn't a good power supply.
they are known for radon problems.

if you can life with a slower responsive pc than yes the hdd is a good option.
