Hey Tom's Hardware;

Im planning on upgrading my system, and I would like to know how large of a power supply, in terms of wattage, i should get to safely and comfortably support the setup.

Proposed Setup:

MoBo: ASUS Sabertooth 990 FX R2.0
RAM: 16GB of Corsair Vengeance
CPU: AMD FX-8350 running at default settings
Storage: 120 GB SSD(Sata), 1TB HDD(Sata)
Others: Various USB peripherals, CD/DVD-Drive
Graphics: 2 MSI GTX 770 2GB/OC

Currently, im running on a 900 Watt powersupply, would that be sufficient, or should I upgrade?

You would need a little more juice form your psu, 1000w or 1200w if you want 3 way SLI? Build your system on PC PartPicker and it tells you the estimated system wattage.

On a side note, why 3 way SLI GTX 770's? beyond 2 way sli, sli doesn't scale well in terms of price to performance. 2 GTX 770s is enough to crush any game at 1080p and at 2560x1600. Your Antec HCG 900 is enough for your current specs, but i would advise against 3 way sli.

Have fun with the build!

its an Antec HCG-900.

Will it be able to support three-way SLI with 770s? o:
