How long can I keep my laptop on?

How long can I keep my laptop on with %60-70 CPU usage and moderate tempatures with a cooler pad? Would it hurt the CPU? I've done it once, everything was quite normal, the sound and the heat.

I know that but, would it shorten the lifespan of the CPU or anything? And if it does, how much exactly?

No, it's high voltage and heat that my shorten it's life, but not normal use.

as long as you want, you dont even need the cooling pad if you never overclocked because laptops are underpowered for a reason so that they dont burn them selves or hurt the components. your battery does get damaged from high temps constant usage but you can just take it out and use the wall power so there will be no harm done.
