How many amps does a GTX 1060 need?

I'm looking to buy one, specifically this one and my current PSU can output 23 Amps on the 12V1 rail, and 20 Amps on the 12V2 rail. Is this enough power to juice the graphics card? I have a 600W PSU, btw. And if it can't should I just wait 'til the GTX 1050 comes out? (Assuming that'll consume less power)

Lol, what he said. :p

I agree. While not a PSU I'd buy, the TR2 isn't dreadful horrible. And because the 1060 uses less power then the 370 if it's had no problem with that GPU you should be fine with the new one.

That card has a single 6pin PCIe plug on the back. Those can provide up to 75W of power. With another 75W through the slot that card can draw (in theory) 150W. 150W / 12V = 12.5A

23A + 20A = 43A. 43A * 12V = 516W. I mention this because you normally can't just add them together like that. Look at your PSU (or just tell us which one you have.) and look for a line that says something like "12v1 and 12v2 not to exceed xxxW". If you have a good PSU you should be fine with the 1060. That GPU should run fine on even a good 450W. But if you have a junk PSU I wouldn't risk it.
