I just bought Asus - Desktop - AMD A10-Series - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive Model: M32BF-B03 to replace my custom built machine that that I spent about $1400 on with all high end parts and only lasted 3 years. I know there's only one thing wrong with it but I don't know exactly which one it is and could easily spend another $700 trying to pinpoint exactly which part I need so I bought this new POS.
I instantly went in and upgraded the RAM to 16gb and was thinking about throwing my aftermarket heatsink in there as well. The problem I'm having is when I try to run any games I can hear this computer revving up like crazy. I opened the case up again and notice something strange. It has zero fans in it. I didn't even know computers came without fans. It has the heatsink on the cpu but that's it so I can only assume that when I play a big game that heatsink is cranking up as much as it can to keep the cpu cool. I have 1 spare fan I found a spot for on the motherbaord but that's all I see. I'm really hoping I'm missing something.
Does anyone know if the motherboard in here can handle more than 1 fan?
Thanks
