How many fans does my motherboard support?

I'm really new to pc gaming and I'm building my first computer tomorrow it shows in a diagram that I only have 2 chassis fan connectors does that mena i van only use 2 fans? I want aleast 4 and all my fans are 3 pins. If it helps my PSU is a corsair ax1200i

You could use 3pin fan spliter to connect 2 fans to one header. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Splitter-Extension-Sleeving-Connectors-Length/dp/B00C46DX4S
