Just FYI, but your CPU performance would be close to an FX-4300.

Ignore the video quality, but note the FPS average is in the 40 to 50FPS roughly, however he's using Ultra settings apparently so again you can TWEAK for a good experience.
*If screen tear is annoying maybe force on Adaptive VSYNC, and tweak until you stay at a locked 60FPS (60Hz monitor) at least 90% of the time.
Adaptive VSYNC toggles VSYNC on and off because:
a) VSYNC ON (to avoid screen tear by locking to monitor refresh cycle)
or
b) VSYNC OFF (if you can't output 60FPS for 60Hz monitor you'll create STUTTER by dropping below 60FPS from the GPU due to missed frame times)
So for some games I use this and tweak to get 60FPS but when i drop below I'd rather have some screen tear usually, not stutter.
