Question How many Noctua 40mm fans would i need for an Itx Motherboard blowing down directly at it?

I am building a PC inside of a Fat Playstation 2. Wondering how many 40mm fans i would need to keep it cool in there. I was going to use Noctua 40mm fans blowing down directly at the board into the case. Its a tough question in my opinion. Cause who really knows. I bought 10 noctua 40mm fans. So i have 10 at my disposal. I don't want to cut large holes in the case.

and what type of CPU cooler will be you using with it?

and what sort of intake & exhaust does this casing have available?
