Question How many Noctua 40mm fans would i need for an Itx Motherboard blowing down directly at it?

I am building a PC inside of a Fat Playstation 2. Wondering how many 40mm fans i would need to keep it cool in there. I was going to use Noctua 40mm fans blowing down directly at the board into the case. Its a tough question in my opinion. Cause who really knows. I bought 10 noctua 40mm fans. So i have 10 at my disposal. I don't want to cut large holes in the case. I could do 1 92mm fan maybe

System specs
CASE: FAT Playstation 2 scph 30000
Power supply: HDPlex HIFI DC-ATX 500 watt
Motherboard Asrock Industrial MINI-ITX IMB-1220-D
CPU: intel core i9-10900 socket LGA 1200 10th gen tdp 65watt, max wattage 224
GPU: PNY Nvidia T1000 8gb gddr6 single slot low profile 50 watts max
RAM: 2 sticks of DDR4 2933 mhz 32gb corsair vengence
Hard drive 1: Samsung 870 evo 4tb 2.5 inch hard drive.
CPU Heat sink: ID 30mm low profile can't remember the entire name
CASE FAN: undecided

Power supply is in the case. it is a fanless power supply. I don't even want to get into how to get it to fit in there. Do at your own risk. In fact this whole build is do at your own risk.

Do you have a photo or a diagram of the case?
Fans do not cool.
PC parts do not sweat.

The purpose of fans is to move hot air and component heat out of the case.
If you can, place two 40mm fans on one side of the case, drawing in fresh air, and two on the opposite side exhausting the heated air.
The small noctua fans are very impressive.

I wish i could upload photos directly to this website
upload to IMGUR.com and link here.

could cut a hole for a 92mm fan instead. But i have a bunch of 40mm fans
i would either have the top & bottom or left & right housing as many of the 40mm as possible.
one entire side intake, the other exhaust.

this way cooler outside air would essentially be blowing across the entire board and all components at all times.

this is an odd shaped container though.
any particular reason you would be using this old PS and not a better designed small/thin chassis?

Well i really love the Playstation 2 and just want to build a great computer inside. I have done it already once but this time its different. I used a pico power supply the first time. This time around im using something else.

How much CFM would i need typically in an ITX case?

A bit tongue in cheek (sorry) but I couldn't resist posting this image of electrolytic capacitors "sweating".

I've recapped a number of old motherboards in the past.

If you can, place two 40mm fans on one side of the case, drawing in fresh air, and two on the opposite side exhausting the heated air.
That would be my preferred solution too. A bit like cooling a rack mount switch or server.
