How many SATA cables do I need?

I'm building my 1st build on Thursday based on this components

And I was watching some Youtube channel on how to build a PC and the dude on that video said usually Mobo come with just enough SATA cables for the optical drive and Hard-Drive. if you notice I have an SSD included on this build and I know absolutely nothing about the different types of SATA cables. So is it possible if someone here can guild me on which SATA cable to buy for either my SSD,HDD or Optical. (if there isn't enough) Or better if you guys think that the mobo come with an outdated/bad SATA cables I would gladly replace them with ones you would recommend. Again I know nothing about SATA cables so please excuse my lack of knowledge, and as I said this is going to be my 1st build.

And if possible copy the links for the SATA cables on newegg since im going to be buying a few stuff from there for my new build

Also someone please tell me that there is nothing wrong with my mobo other than the fact that I cant SLI or crossfire. I am a bit worried my mobo won't allow me to overclock my unlocked CPU.

You need an additional SATA cable. The ASRock web site indicates there are overclocking utilities.

What type? Please be more specific

Any Sata III cable will suffice, I would get one that does not have a 90 degree connector since those do not work well with most SSD caddys/trays.

As far as motherboard, the one you have will allow for overclocking, if budget allows for it I would go the step up and get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157460

As for the PSU, the Coolermaster ones are just OK, I would go with one of these two which will give you more efficiency, and the rosewill one is modular.

Hi sorry I have already bought the parts a few weeks ago. Infact they are just sitting @ the UPS warhouse in my town until Jan 2nd. But thx for trying to help. I wish I changed the mobo
