Can someone tell me how much electricity my 115w fan uses per month if I leave it on for 12 hours a day in a month? The cost of electricity is .1332kwph

So I don't know if OP meant 0.1332 £€¥$
But according to the currency used by OP, that'll be the cost in that unspecified currency.

Purchase a Kill-o-watt meter.

Plug the meter into the wall, plug the fan into the meter. Run for time x

Read Kill-o-watt meter after time x. See how many watts were actually used (versus fan rating) and then do calculations as suggested in preceeding posts.
