Game? Resolution? Graphic settings?

This might be a better question for Google, i3-6100/RX 560 <insert game name> game play search although don't trust all videos as there's quite a few fakes out there on YT.

Edit: Just saw the Fortnite tag, the game should play at around 60 FPS on Medium settings if your playing at 1080P.

There's no magical FPS number for any specific configuration. It will widely vary from game-to-game.

You'll be able to make most games at least playable at 1080p, but on new AAA games, you will likely need to turn down the settings considerably to stay at around 40 FPS or so. For esports titles and older AAA games, you'll be able to play at 1080p with higher settings.
