How much fps

Hello people
I want to ask how many fps will I get in tf2 in low settings/medium/high ultra
PC specs : win7 64bit
4GB ram
Intel hd 3k graphics 1696mb
Core i5 2430m 2.4ghz
Yes its a laptop with 60hz screen
According to game debate test I can run it on ultra settings, and the performance is over the game line I need your answers also so I download it on steam.

Hy sir, since I am tf2 player myself I can tell you you will have 70+ fps (even more when u install chris maxframes config).

First, you need to have the developer console turned on. Do this by going to OPTIONS (in the main menu) > KEYBOARD > ADVANCED > put a check in the enable developer console box, click OK on the windows to close them out. Then, while in the game, go to console by hitting the TILDE (~) key, located under the ESCAPE key on the upper left hand corner of your keyboard. Then type:
CL_SHOWFPS 1

You do not have to capitalize and use an underscore to separate CL and SHOWFPS. The underscore is between ZERO and PLUS at the top row of the keyboard, under the Function keys. (next to BACKSPACE) Then close console and play the game, you will see your frame rate in the upper right corner of the screen. To turn it off, go back to console and type CL_SHOWFPS 0(zero). There is another command you can use, which will display the info on the lower right corner, go into console and type NET_GRAPH 1. You can also use NET_GRAPH 2 or 3 or 4. It may go up to 6, I forget and have stopped using it since someone mentioned it uses more resources. To turn it off type NET_GRAPH 0(zero) in console.

Um but I asked how much fps I well get not how will I see my fps, and i haven't downloaded it yet, i will only download if i will be able to get good playable fps on good settings(not low)

I just gave you an estimate of what it should be. Regardless of anything the game will surely run with playable FPS. I can assure you that. Just not sure on what setting and fps it'll run, As I haven't personally played it yet. But with my experience with the intel HD Intergrated GPU's. It should atleast run on medium.
