Question How much heat can a power supply handle

Are there any delicate components inside a power supply such as the EVGA G3 650W that are sensitive to heat? I put a hair dryer on low and pointed it at the back of my power supply, around 4 inches away and blew at it for a few seconds. Couple I have damaged something?
