Question How much of a bottleneck will my Core i5 4670K be on the GTX 1660 Ti graphics card?

My current system:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 760
Memory: 16 GB (4 GBx4) PC12800 DDR3 RAM
PSU Antec 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold
SSD: 2.5" SATA III 256 GB
HDD: 3.5" SATA III 2TB.

The 4 core i5 will limit a 1660ti a fair amount in games. You still will see good performance but an upgrade to 4790k or overclock should help.

The 4790k is a fine cpu, the 4 cores is a limiting factor today, but in most games it will be just fine. It will bottleneck but not severely, more so in cpu intensive games. This can be mitigated by upping the graphics setting to make the gpu work harder or increasing resolution/render scale to 1440p. It will definitely be an upgrade over gtx 760.
