How much power does this video card need

I want to upgrade my gpu my specs are

amd althon ii x4

8gbddr3

500gb 7200rpm hdd

msi dvd drive

gigabyte a75-ud4h

and a msi hd 6670 1gb and i want o upgrade to a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 2GB i have a corsair cx2 430w power supply do i need to upgrade my power supply 2.

You won't need a new power supply, you have a great PSU and the GTX 650 isn't particularly a power hungry GPU.
So you're fine with that PSU.

For that System the total power draw is about 200 watts, and you have a good quality PSU with good Amps on the +12 rail.
