CPU: i3 2100
GPU: GTX 560ti 1GB TwinFrozr II / OC
Storage: SSD (64~80GB), HDD (500GB, 7200rpm)
Memory: 2x4GB generic memory.
Mobo: ASRock H61M
Soundcard: Asus Xonar DX
Monitor: 22' monitor (1680x1050)
I was thinking about the Corsair HX series. I heard these were quiet and high quality. I don't think I'll be doing any future upgrades. I'm rather planning to build a well balanced computer that will last me about 3 years before I buy a new one. Of course, I'll salvage what I can from this build and use it on my next build. I'll definitly reuse the Asus Xonar DX.
I'm sorry about branching out into different a question, but is my build well balanced? Is there any component that might be an overkill for the other?
Oh and last, What is a case fan necessary? I want to have as few fans as I can on the computer. I'm trying to make a quiet computer without using water cooling. So any other advice on making the computer more quiet would be much appreciated.
Thanks everyone!
