How much RAM should I get for 14 core Dual Xeons?

What I'm getting:
ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS
Dual Xeon e5-2683 v3 14 cores

I'm looking to get:
Kingston Technology 64GB RAM Kit (4x16GB) 2133MHz DDR4 ECC KVR21R15D4K4/64)

Will this be enough RAM to effectively use both CPUs? And, I am guessing each CPU uses it's own RAM, but does RAM get split up between each core?

with 64GB of RAM, that would be 32 GB per CPU which seems like more than enough. But, if it's split between cores, then that's only 2.2GB or 1.14 GB in Hyperthreaded cores.

My main software is Cinema 4d, Zbrush, 3D coat, and photoshop.

Any advice or links with info on how Dual CPUs with many cores uses RAM would be helpful. I am having trouble finding info (probably because I don't know the correct terminology to search for).

Solution
The two kits won't interact with each other. You would use one kit on socket 1 and the other on socket 2. Two 64GB kits should be OK. If an 8 stick 128GB kit is cheaper, then that would be fine also.
I would also agree 4X16GB setts for 64GB per processor.
For Cinema 4D you can figure 2GB per thread so 56GB per processor. (that's not how it uses it but the number I would get)
Running out of memory really blows.....
Since your buying what your buying I would think time is money.
If you wish I guess you could buy 1 4X16GB set and use 2 each and if you see memory issues buy another set and move the first set to one processor and install the new set in the other processor. For the Quad VS Dual performance in some things it's not a lot of performance difference in some it is.

Your already spending a ton of money I would still recommend the 2 X 64GB sets.

Ya, time is money. I just don't want to overspend if not necessary, but I can buy more. Am I able to buy another one of those kits that I mentioned above.... or should I buy a 128 gb kit?
