I have an Athlon64 here, 3200+ Venice. Overclocked to 2.4 ghz. Voltage is set to 1.425, but was varying between 1.408 and 1.424, and sometimes up to 1.440 according to CPU-Z. There have been a few stability problems. Prime 95 detects no problems after passing 8 tests so far. How much varying is regular? Bios reported voltage varying as well, so it isn't just CPU-Z, between 1.419 and 1.435. Thx.

Splendid
At that speed, the power used may be causing a voltage drawdown. Try uping the vcore to 1.45, and see if the v still fluctuates.
If it is still a problem, it may be because the v-regs and or pi filter are undersized. What mobo do you have?

ASRock 939 Dual SATA 2 or whatever. It was $69. It's the one with AGP and PCI-Express. Using a X800XL graphics card. It has a nice Anctec Truepower 430 W I believe.
