How Powerful is a 2-Way CrossFire with RX 580’s?

I’ve been wanting to build a low budget, high-performance 1440p build, but I’ve never CrossFire’d and it’s harder to find benchmarks for them. So I’d love to know if they’re capable of playing competitive games like Rocket League, Rainbow Six Siege, and PUBG above 100 fps on near max settings, and AAA title on medium settings at 60+ fps. Also, will 2-Way CrossFire work well on my build?

Any other feedback on the build is appreciated, thanks!

Well, 2x RX580 should be ideally perform like a single Vega 56.
multi GPU setup:
- performance scale is game dependent
- not all games support
- could have potential issues like micro stuttering, etc.
- consumes 2x power consumption but you do not get 2x FPS
- VRAM does not stack

2x RX580 should be as cheap/expensive as a single Vega 56 or GTX1070 or if you are lucky, some games might run on Vega 64/GTX1080 level.
I would rather go for single GPU solution.

Now for your build,
2700x is not necessary if you mainly only game, 2600 (if you OC) or 2600x (if you do not OC) is already enough.
For 1440p 144/165Hz, you should better pick at least Vega 64 or GTX1080. 1080Ti is more recommended.

Estimable
Definitly near the GTX 1060 and GTX 1070 SLI build.
It is capable to run rocket league, rainbow six and Pubg above 100 fps for sure at max settigns and the AAA tittles will run with no drama at 5xs-60
The problem with the 2 580s is the power consumption ON THAT PSU, which is a 750W BRONZE cert. It means it will run nearly at its 80% cappacity at maximum so basically it is a little bit "risky" but if you trust a lot your PSU it will hanndle it. Still, its not the very best... If you could possibly get a 750W from a trustable manufacturer like evga or seasonic silver / gold certification you will have absolutly no problem.

Anyways, i would go for a single gtx 1080 and thats it.
