How powerful is the up coming video card?

9800 pro is so cheap right now, it only cost $300 cdn in Future shop. 3 months ago it still cost 649 cdn. What drive such insane price drop.

Is the up coming video card 2 times or 5 times more powerful than the top of line video card nowadays? or is it just another 9800XT fixed version?

I would surmise that it must be 4.20 or 4.23 times as powerful since people keep saying something about R420P I assume that's 420% or something.

How powerful are the coming graphics cards? They will solve world hunger and bring peace the the mid-west!
