My case does not have front intake fan but it has a fan on the sidepanel and on the back(both 80mm).How should i put them, which should be intake and which should be outtake.Note that my sidepanel fan is directly versus my CPU fan.

Yeah ,but side fan is directly opposed to my cpu fan ,and its intaking air and CPU fan is blowing air out. Will that affect my CPU cooler ?

Sorry, is this a stock Intel fan where the fan blows air away from the board?
Most aftermarket fans blow air along the board, which is what I assumed yours did.
In that case outtake would be side, and intake back.

I always set up case fans for the front to intake and exhaust out the rear. If there's a fan on the side, I usually set it up to exhaust out because some CPU fan's regenerate a lot of heat and in some cases the CPU Fans are right there by the side fan.

Apparently, contrary to what I thought, the Intel stock fan blows air onto the heat sink, so it's an intake fan.

So I was right the first time, intake fan on side and outtake on back. :)
