How this microphone works?

No one can seem to explain to me how I would connect this microphone.

I'm most likely going to purchase this microphone because it's the best i could find for under $100 and it has good reviews.

but someone please explain to me what extra cords i need to purchase to be able to connect the microphone to the computer? I'm assuming I need extra cords or longer cords for the mic to work. Or do I need some sort of mixer because of this "XLR" stuff. Please explain and link products if needed. Thanks for ALL the responses, hopefully I'll get a few replies.
