I have this "flickering" problem with my Asus TUF Gaming 3080 RTX graphic card.

PC Specs
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix Z690-F
GPU: Asus TUF 3080 RTX.
CPU: I7. 12700-K
RAM: 4 x 16GB DDR5 (Total 64 GB)
AIO cooler with one pump and 3 fans.
PSU: Corsair RM1000X 1000w
1 x case fan.
2 x RGB strips.
1 x SSD
Here's what i have tried:
The funny thing is i can play CS2 in practice mode without any problems!
My system han been running perfect since i got it a little more than 2 year ago.

- Different older versions of Nvidia display drivers. (Uninstalled using DDU)
- Re-installed the games
- Tried different settings in Nvidia control panel
- Reinserted the graphic card
- Checked all cables
- Updated firmware on my monitor
- Updated to latest BIOS
- Removed the GPU and re-inserted it
- Checked all cables including the power cable
