Confirmed, it worked for me to on Win 7 64.

[citation][nom]libraryeli[/nom]Awesome find Ina. Although...

Wow, you need a secret "godmode" hack to be able to do something that MS should have put into the OS by default -- a clear, concise, all-in-one control panel.

Congratulations Microsoft, you show us how much disdain you have for the people who pay your salaries, and you fail once again.[/citation]

Yea smart idea, give the average user access to settings that could mess up their setup and send them screaming to their local computer guy, yea MS should have left that in by default.

They could, you know click on that partition and format entry and that will most likely end badly, or maybe they could delete users from the comp then wonder where that persons files went. This is something that should be off by default, the fact some of those settings are hard to find is a good thing when you are dealing with the average user.

[citation][nom]michaelahess[/nom]Yup, religios folk need three people to do what us smart folk can do with one. Just sayin....[/citation]
Apparently your not that one person. The concept of personhood in the Trinity does not match the common Western understanding of "person" as used in the English language—it does not imply an "individual, self-actualized center of free will and conscious activity.

In other words the Trinity is not actually 3 people as you not so eloquently put it.

Saint Augustine, one of the greatest thinkers of the early church, described the Trinity as comparable to the three parts of an individual human being: mind, spirit, and will. They are three distinct aspects, yet they are inseparable and together constitute one unified human being.

Got it, good, now go forth and do not be fruitful!

"Saint Augustine, one of the greatest thinkers of the early church"

You do realize that the words "think" and "church" in the same sentence can only be called an oxymoron, right? The words "follow" and "church", however, go together quite well.

Without the restrictions of religion, you can only be MORE fruitful. And much less fruity, which I can understand would make some people unhappy as they like their sweet and juicy flavors.

[citation][nom]ecnovaec[/nom]it is hard to grasp mentally because I think logically....[/citation]

So it is not logical that a single clover has three distinct and independent leaves?

[citation][nom]Fendulon[/nom]Just so you all know... as neat as it is.. not GodMod, bit of a trick really. The folder will be named whatever you put before the period.Elephant.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}Will give you an elephant control panel.Neat non the less.[/citation]

Elephant panel, that's hilarious

Yes, as you perceive the church as it is today. But we're not talking about the church, we're talking about the Trinity. A bit off topic don't you think just to make a mute point.

Tried it on my Vista 64 machine, didn’t work, it did the same restarting of explorer that some people here are reporting. Jung, it’s not UAC, I’ve got mine turned off. I had to delete the folder from safe mode command prompt (that’ll teach me to put untested stuff like this on my desktop). It looks like it’s a bit hit and miss with Vita, some people here are saying it works fine, other’s are having problems with it.

Holy crap it's another Vista feature that people praise Windows 7 for introducing!

I know everyone hates to be sheeple, but has anyone ever realized how similar Vista is to 7?...

[citation][nom]jerreece[/nom]Shows how much you know...Jesus = God = Holy SpiritIt's called a Trinity. Three persons in One. One person in Three forms, yet one God. It's a hard one to grasp mentally, but you'll get it after a while.[/citation]

ok lets see..
fear = organized religion = Jesus = God = Holy Spirit = republican logic = WMD's = peace in the middle east = religous science = faith = magic = ignorance = bliss = white jesus = denial = delusions = lack of responsibility = the church = tax free multibillion dollar industry = the vatican = "holy men" shielding child molesters = hypocracy = contradictions = sad smurfs

or something along those lines. If their is a definitive god entity that created the human race for the sole purpose of worshiping him, then it seems like god has a combination of low selfesteem and an ego complex. If god cared that much, the vatican would have been hit by brimstone centuries ago.

God wasn't meant to be comprehended by mortal man, yet their are countless religions trying to define just who and what god is and why he does things the way he does while stubbornly refusing to consider that they might be wrong....or in all reality are almost certainly wrong. I'm almost completly certain that NO ONE has gotten the whole religion thing right, least of all the one that imagines amongst all the dark skinned middle eastern people 2000 years ago, the mircale took place of virgin becoming pregnant with the son of god who just happened to be a tall skinny white guy with light hair and eyes. That's not an obscene assumption at all is it?

much like saying god created the sun and the stars, the heavens and the earth, and in his infinite generosity gave life to mankind and surrounded them with all the things they would ever need to live and prosper....
but
this can't be all their is, right? life's hard, and kinda sucky....their must be more than this....there has to be....
OH I KNOW
it's a test....maybe....just maybe if spend the life on earth that god gave us that the creater of all life and all things "did just a dandy job" we'll get our reward....heaven. yeah god gave us the gift of life to waste reassuring him that he was just the cleverest omnipotent being and we're so greatful that in return....we will all EXPECT MORE FROM HIM.

we can't just die can we? what are we supposed to do? spend our lives servicing the advancment of mankind and assuring that god's gift isn't wasted as humanity kills itself off because we couldn't stop arguing about who's god is the RIGHT god. Maybe humanity is working towards some greater purpose as a whole....something that will be achieved by making the best use of our lives as possible instead of telling ourselves that we are entitled have a god give us more just because we say thank you enough times.

But hey, i could be wrong, someone could have figured it all out as to why we're here and i'm not arrogent enough to claim i know with certainty the details of something as massive as that without a shred of evidence to support the claim.

Stop presenting the interpertation of man, to be proof or evidence of the divine.

Be greatful for what you have and don't waste it.
be considerate of and able to show compassion to the rest of humanity
respect others beliefs as if they were yours and don't try to force them on anyone.
take responsibility for your achievments as well as your failures.
Don't confuse faith with expectation.
Don't ignore whats in front of you because it may disprove your beliefs....ignoring it doesn't make it go away.
But most of all, lose the attitude, stop thinking everyone is special and equal in all circumstances....and don't dictate what's immoral in gods eyes because lets be honest, there isn't one person alive today that would deserve a direct exlination from god.

and FFS STOP TRYING TO MELD SCIENCE AND RELIGION. how the hell is it that one can't even come to a technology site....something purely scientific without people inserting religious opinions (yes, that's what they are and if you can't accept that, let yourself be nailed to a wooden cross and die for our "sins" so you can find out for sure)

just keep it to yourself....or the hamster god of pudding and jello will smite you as you beg to be forgiven for the pathetic exscuse of a life you inflicted upon others. Like the last president who actually said santa and jesus were the same person.

yeah

voting for that idiot once can be forgiven, but twice....just give up now and don't make the rest of us suffer your mistakes too.

oh...and I like pie because splunge is for splunge.

No Allah mode? I see planes flying into Microsoft's HQ. :-0 This is neat but I haven't tried it and won't be trying it.

Ok, bit over the top there iocedmyself, but I tend to agree with you.

razorblaze42, sorry to tell ya this but other than trying to be happy during your life, life is meaningless. Maybe you should utilize your username and save yourself the stress and grief of trying to be "meaningful" that will just wear you out and make you an angry old cat lover before you wither away and no one notices.

Have fun in life and try to be as happy as you can, it's ALL YOU WILL GET!

BTW these arguments make me happy, I like seeing idiot writhe in frustration :)

And to make this relevant to the article, gOD mode makes me Happy!!!!

[citation][nom]jerreece[/nom]One person in Three forms, yet one God. It's a hard one to grasp mentally, but you'll get it after a while.[/citation]

Ah, no. not 3 forms. if you think of it that way it can lead to division of God. not possible.

and as far as grasping mentally, it is impossible. thats why it takes faith. dont require to see it to believe it, believe it to see it. understanding God perfectly and logically is not possible. there is always some faith involved, but if you cant see the handy work of God in everything around and realize that there is a God then you are trying to hide from something, most likely Him.

Sure like the win 7 god mode. looks great!

I have faith. Faith that bible thumpers will die one day, and be shocked that they haven't materialized elsewhere. Course that's gonna create a nice conundrum....
